materials. This includes a course manual with CDs. Manuals are over

| Travel Expenses: |
Airfare and travel
expenses are additional. Typically, total airfare and travel
expenses for US travel are under $1000. Sometimes less if we happen to
be in the area. |
| Overseas issues:

For overseas
flights, add $1000 for travel time and the costs of a Business class
ticket. Also, fees are increased by
the amount of duties, tariffs, withholdings, taxes, or other
additional expenses incurred for overseas training. |

You provide the training
facility and computers. Computers must be capable of hosting Windows 2000 Server or Advanced Server
or Windows Server 2003 in the default
installation. If requested, for US clients, we will arrange a
training facility at cost plus 10%. If you have a classroom, but
do not have computers, we can provide the laptops, networks,
and digital projector. |

Discounts and Public Classes |

Multiple
student discounts
Multiple
student discounts are available for registration in our public
classes. Students must all register at the same time to receive
discount.
- 2 students 5%
- 3 students 10%
- 4 students 15%
If 4 or more students from the same organization want to attend,
it may be advantageous to schedule a private class both from an
expense
as well as an instructional point of view. Notes about the
discount: If you register 1 or more students:
- IIS 5 class
only or IIS 6 class only: the multiple student discount is applied
- Both IIS 5 and IIS 6 classes: you receive a $100 discount
on the IIS 6 class per student -and - the multiple student discount is
applied to the IIS 5 class fees.

Web Based Training
|
|
Yes, we can deliver
training over the internet! We had great results with our
pilot program and can provide our standard or customized training
targeted to your needs, over the internet at reduced costs.

Web Based Training is
$100 per student per session with each session lasting 1.5 hours or
more.

There is a $400
minimum per session. No more than two sessions are scheduled per
day. (We find that works best for this medium).

In addition there is a
$100 per session web delivery charge.

For audio, you can
arrange a conference call or use a speakerphone. We are happy to
arrange the conference call for our costs which are .18 cents per
minute per person including the instructor.
This is a great way to
get the training you need on short notice and avoid traveling
to a public class or paying for an instructor to come to your
location. |
